Stay after 11:30a.m. is possible, only after permission from the host.

If you stay after 11:30a.m. you're obligated 50% of the price per night at the apartment.

Guests are not allowed to move the furniture in and out of the apartments, as well as carrying towels, utensils and any kind on objects out of the apartments.

Guests are materilly and financially responsible for damaged and lost objects from the apartment, according to a "List of damages".
