Sunny Island — Our first project in Chernomorets and the beginning of our story!

The Sunny Island complex is located just 20km south of the city of Burgas and the ancient Sozopol. The complex consists of two four-story buildings. Building 1 houses 28 sunny two- and three-bedroom apartments, and building 2 houses 125 studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
